What You'll Learn

Over the course of the training, you will gain in-depth, practical experience operating a 360 in varied real-world scenarios, including:

• Conducting full pre-start and end-of-shift machine checks
• Operating the excavator across different ground conditions
• Loading, digging, trenching, lifting and carrying using various material types
• Practicing bucket control and movement precision
• Working in confined areas and around other site activity
• Adjusting technique for environmental and site-specific factors
• Communicating effectively and working safely alongside a banksman or ground team
• Developing the confidence, awareness and adaptability needed to succeed on live sites
