GKD 2 Series EVO "Site Ready" Advanced Lifting Operations (RCI)
GKD RCI

The GKD series 2 RCI system course is designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience of working with rated capacity indicators in a live construction environment. This course bridges the critical gap between holding a ticket for Lifting Operations and being truly site-ready.

Whether you're newly certified but lacking confidence, returning to the industry after time away, or looking for additional, practical training in realistic scenarios — this course delivers immersive, task-based learning that prepares you for real job sites, with expert mentoring throughout.

No simulations. No classroom-only delivery. Just genuine training on actual projects.

What You'll Learn

Over the course of the training, you will gain in-depth, practical experience operating a 360 fitted with the GKS 2 series RCI system in varied real-world scenarios, including:

  • Conducting full pre-start and end-of-shift machine checks
  • Using the system for height control, load control, and slew control
  • Understanding the interface and interpreting the data, as well as recognising visual and audible warnings
  • Working in confined areas and around other site activity using full proportional control
  • Using multiple lifting duties to perform a variety of lifting activities
