What You'll Learn
Over the course of the training, you will gain in-depth, practical experience operating a 360 in varied real-world scenarios, including:
- Conducting full pre-start and end-of-shift machine checks
- Operating the excavator across different ground conditions
- Loading, digging, trenching, lifting and carrying using various material types
- Practicing bucket control and movement precision
- Working in confined areas and around other site activity
- Adjusting technique for environmental and site-specific factors
- Communicating effectively and working safely alongside a banksman or ground team
- Developing the confidence, awareness and adaptability needed to succeed on live sites
