While lifting is not the primary function of an excavator, there are situations where it’s the most efficient and practical option on-site. However, lifting with an excavator introduces a different set of risks and responsibilities, which is why CPCS requires an additional Lifting Operations Endorsement (C) on the A58 or A59 Excavator categories.
This course delivers the specialist training and assessment required to legally and safely carry out lifting operations using a 360-degree tracked excavator. Delegates will gain the skills, knowledge, and awareness needed to plan and execute lifting tasks in line with CPCS standards and industry best practice.
