Dumper "Site Ready" Training (ADT/FTD)
(ADT/FTD)

The Dumper Site-Ready Training course is designed to provide real-world, hands-on experience in a live construction environment. This course bridges the critical gap between holding a ticket and being truly site-ready.

Whether you're newly certified but lacking confidence, returning to the industry after time away, or looking for additional, practical training in realistic scenarios — this course delivers immersive, task-based learning that prepares you for real job sites, with expert mentoring throughout.

No simulations. No classroom-only delivery. Just genuine training on either a Forward Tipping Dumper or Articulated Dumptruck on actual projects.

What You'll Learn

Over the course of the training, you will gain in-depth, practical experience operating dumpers in varied real-world scenarios, including:

  • Conducting full pre-start and end-of-shift machine checks
  • Operating the dumper across different ground conditions
  • Working in confined areas and around other site activity
  • Adjusting technique for environmental and site-specific factors
  • Communicating effectively and working safely alongside a banksman or ground team

Learners will leave with significantly improved machine confidence, operational fluency and an understanding of employer expectations.
