We are a RISQS accredited and an NSAR Assured Provider of Rail Training and Assessments and employ NOCN accredited trainers and testers. Our wide range of training courses are available to individuals and groups and for all railway, civil and construction companies. We cater for every individual to provide bespoke and tailored training and assessment packages. We can supply the knowledge and experience necessary to assist individuals into their career of choice; whether that be as a novice plant operator or an experienced plant operator wanting to make the transition into rail.

HOW WE STARTED

Doctore On Track Training Services Ltd (more commonly known as DOTTS) was originally founded in 2016 by Chris Baker as the sole trainer delivering both Rail and Construction training to a handful of clients.

Late 2019, Chris and Katie joined forces with an aspiration to become a reputable and industry leading OTP training provider, and as such NSAR status was officially awarded in September 2020.

In three years, the Company has grown significantly, recruiting and attracting the very best trainers in the UK for delivering OTP, supported by a highly diligent and hard working administration team.
